Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. I have decided to do one random act of kindness every single day for the next thirty days! Since I was in high school random acts of kindness have been important to me and something I try to do unintentionally on a daily basis. As mental health is a huge topic in high schools and universities, it has become part of the conversation that simple acts of compassion and care can really turn around someones day. I was fortunate to have been a part of random act of kindness initiatives in high school and now I am bringing it to university. So here is how it is going to work...
Definitely take a look at Instagram to check out the daily acts of kindness and make sure to check the blog for other updates. xo
